WASATCH FRONT SERVICE PLANNING

Find the city, then confirm the actual kitchen.

Utah Hood Cleaning accepts commercial exhaust-cleaning inquiries across the Wasatch Front. The city pages explain useful planning considerations, but the service address, equipment and access conditions determine the conversation. Confirm availability and the proposed visit before making staffing or building-access arrangements.

The current city directory includes Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo, Orem, Layton, Millcreek, West Valley City, West Jordan, South Jordan, Lehi and Sandy. A directory entry is not a promise of an open appointment or a separate office in that city.

Know which region your request belongs to.

Plan the access as well as the distance.

A restaurant in a shared building, a campus production kitchen and a food trailer parked at a commissary do not present the same access problem. Explain roof entry, parking or loading arrangements, locked service areas and who can approve the work. Multi-building requests should identify each address and system rather than relying on one combined hood count.

For mobile kitchens, give the stationary location where service can be discussed. The operator's mailing address is not necessarily where the truck, trailer or exhaust equipment will be accessible.

Ask about an agreed service window.

Meal production, events, tenant operating hours and equipment availability can influence scheduling. Do not assume overnight service, weekend access or an immediate appointment. Share the available windows and confirm arrangements with the provider and the person responsible for the building.

Keep scope and records connected.

Use the service directory to identify hood, filter, duct and fan questions. Keep prior reports and any access limitations with the relevant facility. If you are discussing recurring cleaning, explain the cooking operation and existing condition rather than assigning a schedule from the city name.

For an address outside the listed cities, call 801-853-8155 or send the service address to discuss availability. We do not publish a separate city promise without a clear service conversation.
